Hello fellow steam users, Its fair to say that despite its few minor faults including the lack of both elves and adventure, Elves Adventure is possably the best game I have played in my 17 years of gaming and general life, it is a gripping RPG with an intense and aluring back story to each individual character, I haved played this game intensivley for the past 0.3 hours and can honestly say splashless bleach is now my favourite beverage, I never thought depression could take over a mans life in such a short period of time, this is surely a medical breakthough of some sort. Kind Regards A man with bothand . you know who I mean.. Well, after waiting for the fix for around a year I have enough (there ware some patches but neither addressed this). I cannot give any other review as negative one, as I cannot even start this game. If this gets fixed I'll gladly dive into, and give the proper review. Edit. With release of the Steam Play I ware able to lunch it under Linux. The first map is not bad. The surrounding are candy and game is twisted, but I like it as this is quite refreshing. However on 2nd map I run under invisible enemies, I find no way to pass through this location. For other minor drawbacks, 2nd level seems quite empty, also even small scratch begins heartbeat (yes, being at 90% health!) which is annoying, furthermore when your health drops little more the screen is turning reddish where at some point you cannot actually see anything. At the end the game seems it wasn't finished or tasted enough, but the idea is solid. As this game is unplayable for me the verdict stays.. So here's the verdict : I spent 2$ on this game and I enjoyed it. It was fun, despite some obvious flaws and hilarity. What this game is not : Serious. A Heretic/Hexen clone. What to do/expect : To die alot at the hands of laser-blaster wielding psychedelic Bugs Bunnies in a rainbow happy fantasy land. To have gigglefits when your character dies and lets out a horrid scream. To die alot from falling. The game is very forgiving in regards to player death, so its fairly comic and inconsequential. Things I wish could be better? Some menus, control options. Deathmatch/CTF. Also, the rabbit lasers pretty much run train on you and could do for a mild nerf. I love it. Thank you.
