What will I look like if my diet actually works? To me, that is the most  Wildfit  Important Question of all; even more important than actual selecting a specific diet or exercise program. You see, we believe that it is not The How To But rather it is The Why. Why are you Dieting. OK, so maybe not even The Why, maybe it is about The The What. For Weight Loss, many of us have a sense that we want to be slimmer, healthier looking, have a fresher Energy and be more confident about our shape. That is great but is it really a goal or just some vague idea? Remember, if you don't know where you want to get to, you will never get there.
