The clock flips to 7:00, and you're already late for work. Our days are spent rushing around with little time left over to give much thought to our basic nutritional needs, and the convenient options are not usually the most healthy. It may not seem like such a terrible way to live, but have you ever considered what sort of habits you're instilling in your children

We've all read about the benefits of eating right and having proper nutrition, and we understand the correlation between healthy food choices and improved, longer lives. But we don't necessarily put it into practice. And it's easy to go on with your busy day without noticing how easy it is to neglect nutritional consumption. Unhealthy children grow into unhealthy adults, and we may wonder distantly why they look pale or sickly. Their lives, like their parents before them, are fraught with little exercise, stress, and unwholesome eating habits. All the lessons taught to them over the years don't seem to hold much value if they haven't been taught how to take care of themselves. If they aren't able to enjoy a long and healthy life, what sort of quality will their lives have.
