5/10 I started off loving this game, but then I got to the later levels and fell foul of all the bugs, one of which bars progress to the end of the game (DEVS: the four keys in the mine level don't open the gate out of the level!). This game should never have been released in this state. Don't buy it until someone posts on here that it is finished.

Devlog: Planets Screen : Hello Travelers! We've finally finished the work on location selection screen for Warlocks 2: God Slayers! Below you can see the final result: We thought that even though the game is done in 2D, this screen could really benefit from using 3D for the planet and its clouds. On each planet you have various locations that you can access from this screen, though boss rooms can only be reached from a different location. Devlog: Glimpse at World 3 : Hello Travelers! World 3 will be the final destination for all adventurous Warlocks. It's a place filled mostly with deserts with sparse population scattered among a few cities. Terrains between those settlements are extremely dangerous due to unfriendly flora and fauna inhabiting them. Fortunately the few people (?) of this world are pretty friendly towards Warlocks, especially when it comes to trade. So better make sure to come by a town whenever you get low on supplies during your missions. And don't forget to bring some trophies to trade in for powerful equipment and life-saving consumables. Meet Willow! But who is she? : Hello Travelers! Meet Willow, a new addition to Warlocks 2: God Slayers! But who might she be and what role will she play? Is she a new Warlock? An important NPC? Or a vicious enemy? Make your bets! First 2 correct answers will receive a key when the game launches Frozen District Team. Devlog: Warlock Altars : Hello Travelers! In this devlog we would like to introduce you to another cool feature we've implemented into Warlocks 2: God Slayers - the Warlock Altars . You'll see them rarely scattered across locations of all three of the game's worlds. Upon usage you'll be both granted a buff and will be subject to an immediate activation effect. Raziel, the Fallen Angel is, like all the other altars, a character from our previous game (Warlocks vs Shadows). On activation you'll be healed and receive a health regeneration buff. Rainer, the Guardian gives you a shield on activation and his buff improves your dodge chance for a few minutes. Lissy, the Robot Girl is a trickier one. Upon activating her altar you will receive one out of these three random effects: medium heal, poison or resource refill. Additionaly her buff applies poison to your attacks. And for the last one Iezabel, the Blood Mage . This one is a trade-off that you might not always want to take. On activation she strikes you for 1/3 of your HP. On the other hand her buff gives you a nice Life Steal aura. We won Grand Prix and Best Gameplay awards at Pixel Heaven! : Out of 20 finalists Warlocks 2: God Slayers won two prizes (including the main prize) at the event held in Warsaw, Poland last weekend - Pixel Heaven. This is a big surprise to us, we didn't expect any awards at this point of development! And it's definitely a great motivation boost for the whole team , we know there's still a lot of hard work ahead of us. Devlog: Enemies from the third planet : Hello Travelers! We're currently focusing on the enemies of the third world and we'd like to share some of the progress we've made so far. Below you can see one of the neutral creatures that'll inhabit that world. It only becomes aggressive when attacked by a player in which case it transforms into a terryfing beast. The non-neutral enemies of this planet are Fallen Warlocks, they once were the members of the famous Warlocks Order but recently followed their wicked leader along an evil path. Here's one of them, Warlock Witness: What are your thoughts on these guys? Any idea on how to call the transforming critter? Devlog: Merchant System progress : Hello Travelers! We've finally got to implementing the merchant system into Warlocks 2. And now we'll be able to tweak the amount of items that drop from the slain enemies, since you can now sell them to one of the merchants. And here you can see one example of such NPC. Also we're still working on the third world's levels and its feel, and animating environment and NPCs of the second world. In the next devlog we'll try to talk a little more about the merchant system and merchants that will be available in the game.
