Pretty fun game considering its age.. The early 90's are back! This game is great. Smooth controls and good music. Plenty of levels to keep you entertained for the cost. Music and sound: 9/10 Visuals: 9/10 It seems to have lasted this long for a reason. Sound and visuals get high rating because they out-perform other games from that era that are also available on Steam (check out some of my other reviews.) Besides the basic jumping on enemies attack, you get bombs a both a weapon and utility to get through the level. The suction cup hands allow the player to scale up walls which is absolutely necessary for some levels. I grew up with the first game, but finally get to play the other two.. The early 90's are back! A game sooo old and soo classic that I never played before? Well. Not any more. I play though all 3 episode and it took me alot longer then expect. A very classic 2d side-scrolling platform jumper. Old school easy to die with only 3 health to begin with(ya. u can get 2 more but they are hard to find and get). Quite classic story plot with the first 2 episode ends with cliff hanger. Being old game means this piece is very hard. Luckly we have dosbox emulator that allows for save states. Which I saved very offen to try not to die. (i know it feels kinda like cheating but try and try, try again is nice but i got a backlog of other games to play.) By today's standard this game does have many flaws. aged graphcis, aged yet classic game music, clunky control, small view range that you cannot anticipate incoming enemy on time. All the flaw doesn't dent the fact this is a great classic game and it will be a classic hidden gold forever. 8.9/10. very good and very enjoyable game. if you get it. give it a try you will love it too. (do use save states to remove some frustration from dieing too much.). Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure was one of the first games I've ever played. I used to play it when I was 3-4 years old. If you know where to look at, you will find many challanges and lots of secrets. There are many maps and lvls, and the story is nice: You crash landed on a planet on your way to Disney World, and your parents have been kidnapped by some aliens while you were not looking. You must now wander around the whole planet in order to find them. The only reason to buy this game is for the nostalgia, or MAYBE for the good storyline.. if you had a 386 Computer you owned this game. All 3 episodes are included.. You don't have weapons, but you can jump on (most) enemies to defeat them. And you can climb walls. In every level there is an exit which you have to reach. There are plenty of secret areas in the game. The game is divided in three parts. Each part has 10 Levels. The steam version includes all three parts of the game.
