The founder skins and title are a one time consumable for one character. Which is ridiculous considering the price.

Please reconsider making these highly priced early supporter cosmetics account bound and useable on all characters.

Their response to the people asking for the ability to have the skins on multiple characters per account was giving the option to buy multiple packs. You heard that right, instead of listening to the people who spent serious money on their game. They doubled down on greed.
