Single-layer surfacing can meet the performance requirements, working temperature 1000 ° C, surfacing thickness: 20 ° C - HRC: 64-66, working temperature 600 ° C - HRC: 48-52, working temperature 800 ° C - HRC: 38-42 Typical application areas, working conditions and parts, high-temperature wear and tear mechanical equipment in the fields of iron making, coking, burning and cement. It is used for surfacing welding of high-speed workpieces, and the single-roller crusher tooth crown plate and blast furnace rotating cloth chute have remarkable wear resistance.

Precautions:

1. The Cobalt Alloy Blade wire must be baked at about 200 ° C for 1 h before use;

2. According to the size of the workpiece and the type of the base material, it must be preheated at 300~600 °C; it is better to use small current arc welding.

3. After welding, the workpiece is slowly cooled after being tempered at 600~700 °C for 1h, or the workpiece is immediately placed in a dry and preheated flask or grass ash to avoid cracking.

The proportion of Cobalt Alloy in China in the future will also increase. Superalloys (also known as superalloys) are alloys that can withstand certain stresses at 600-1200 ° C and have resistance to oxidation or corrosion. In the consumption of superalloys, aerospace, energy propulsion, industrial, automotive and other sectors accounted for 64%, 24%, 5%, 3%, 2% and 2% respectively.
