Burning Body Fat With Strength Training and Intervals

Super-Set Training

Super-set training is by far the best way to build muscle fast. People shy away from any type of weight lifting exercise because they believe that it will make them gain weight. This is 100% true, but you must remember that even if muscle makes you gain weight you will still look thinner. Muscle will always weigh more than fat but muscle looks attractive.

With super-set training you have the advantage of building lean muscle fast and burning massive amounts of fat at the same time. The best way to build your super-sets is to pair a lower body exercise with an upper body exercise. This rule is not set in stone so feel free to change this up whenever you want. But for the most part this set up gives good results because you are working your whole body from head to toe. Here is a good super-set example.
