Best Supplements For Fibromyalgia (Natural Supplements)

This is a very interesting subject to me, because when I reversed fibromyalgia, I  Curafen Review  did it without many supplements, but now that I am trying to help others and continuing my education on fibromyalgia, I am discovering so many things that seem worth a try.

So, when I reversed fibromyalgia, I found probiotics and fish oil to be very helpful. I highly recommend both of these for anyone who has any sort of pain or dysfunction in their bodies. I tried probiotics first, and noticed an almost immediate 'zinging' in my nerves. I could really tell something was going on.

I tried fish oil second, and again noticed a 'zinging' in my nerves for a while that seemed to indicate healing to me. I tried it at very normal recommended levels but everything I have been reading lately says fibromyalgia and chronic pain responds to very HIGH levels of fish oil. Interesting. I almost wish I had some issues so that I could try a high level and see what happens. I might try it anyway just to see.

Something I never tried is vitamin D. I just read a lengthy essay about how nobody except lifeguards in Hawaii get enough vitamin D from the sun. Now, I did live in Hawaii, so I would not have tried vitamin D, but after reading this essay about how much pain a deficiency can cause, I would also think it is worth a try.

I tried magnesium and didn't notice it helping me, but I now realize I may not have tried a high enough dose and this may help others.

This is not a supplement, but rather a medication, but it was so helpful to me I must mention it and hope you come and look for more info - guaifenesin. It helped me immensely.
