In short, All Star Fruit Racing sets out to offer a Mario Kart experience on the PC and doesn't fall all that far from the tree!! (See what I did there? Fruit...Tree??)

Playing this game it is impossible not to feel like Venelope Von Schweetz, racing across the many hills and hollows of the 'Sugar Rush' circuit.

But as nobody made a 'Sugar Rush' game (Yet!), this is everything that it would be if they did, only fruit are a far healthier option my friend!

Make no mistake, this game is not without it's flaws, but they are completely overshadowed by fun and addictive gameplay, easy controls, lashings of bright, eye-catching visuals and a fitting, cute soundtrack to speed along to!

Definitely a game to check out, if you like your Mario & Diddy racers, and able, not only to ge in the ring, but also to punch above it's weight as a serious contender to them!

Hats off to the development team behind this gem of a game, who pulled off, what so many have failed to do before them...Bravo!

Looking for a stunning, fun, racing distraction, you could do far worse that this!

Pro:
+ Challenging AI
+ Fruits, Colours and Fun
+ Split-Screen up to 4 players! (very rare mode on nowadays games)

Cons:
- Some localization issues
- Online mode still in development, I wanna beat my friends online! :)
- Normally I'd say "price too high" but since there are a very huge amount of contents (most of them will be unlocked through EA) I think the price will be fine if all promises will be maintained.. Early Acces done right^^

An amazingly fun game, at it´s core a Mario Kart-Clone but with many different characters, all with their own special ability based on fruits. (hence the name of the game)^^

Pros:
+nice and colorful graphics
+runs flawlessly with a stable framerate
+tight controls with a great drifting mechanic
+many drivers and tracks
+online multiplayer (still work in progress but it works^^)
+great developers who listen to the community and appreciate feedback

Cons:
+Sound effects and especially the music are a little bland

Overall a great and fun game, my kids really really love it, and it satifies MY needs for Kart Racing action^^

Highly recommended!!!. Fun game. Good graphics. Wish there were more tracks and more online presence would good.. I can tell a lot of work went into this game; I worry it went into the wrong places. for example: there's a detailed car-customizing option (20+ horn sounds!) and tons of characters to unlock, but the UI looks like it's only half-done, the soundtrack is uninteresting, the death transition isn't complete, the track geometry is hard to read...

I realize this was a project by a small team, but if you want a whacky racer, and don't have a Nintendo system, All-Star Fruit Racing is not the answer. it doesn't look done; it doesn't FEEL good. get one the Sonic racing games, instead. Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is excellent, and they're coming out with a new one in late 2018/early 2019.. All Fruit, No Bull!

Seriously, buy it already. Don't even think twice.

If you liked Diddy Kong Racing or Mario Kart back in the good old days, you will dig this game.
