When you are starting to walk, decide how long you BioLeptin Supplement Review want to walk for. To help create change that is sustainable and keeps the weight off, we also need to look at exercise. To help get our bodies into a healthier place, exercise does need to play a part. The key though, is to start where you are. Recognize that if you haven't completed a great deal of exercise for a long time, doing anything is a step in the right direction.

When was the last time you got out of breath doing any exercise Remember, start where you are. So if you haven't walked round where you live for a while, make that the goal. If you have to climb stairs to get about where you live or work, use them. Be realistic. If you work on the top floor of a 10 story building, get out of the lift 3 floors before and walk up, where possible walk down all the steps. Consistency is also the key. Making changes and keep going. If you feel walking up 3 flights of steps is difficult, start at 2 flights. Remember, you need to stretch yourself, however, be realistic. Big changes start with small steps. If you have a lot of weight to lose, that's okay. It took a long time to put the weight on, so it may take some time to lose it. When you make any changes in your life, celebrate those. You made a positive change and that will keep you motivated.

When you start to exercise, remember, if getting up out of your chair and walking round your room three times tires you out, that's fine. It's a starting point. Rather than do it once, keep doing those little things frequently. It's about getting up and moving. Keep moving. Think about the next thing you want to achieve. Maybe climb the stairs, up and down 5 times without being out of breath. To do this, plan. Have a daily plan to go up and then down them at least once in the morning, afternoon and evening. Keep pushing yourself. When you start to move, energy will start to come. Remember, you start where you are and who knows where you'll end up. You can do this.
