You've probably heard that heart disease is the # 1 killer of women in the US, & if your BMI is compared to 25, you have risk for heart related illnesses. There are 3 main steps you can take to have a healthier heart.

Why? Well, when was the before you saw a kid choose safety over adventure, or celery over frozen treats? We have been conditioned in our culture to simply accept as "harmless" the diet and activities which are part in the American spending habits. "A little bit won't hurt" attitude can quickly pile to a heap of injury.
