Success Principle - The Power of Giving and the Power of Asking

It's All About The Customer: The customer is always right, even when they are not. Forget this fact, and you've made it impossible to move your business ahead. Consumers, clients, customers, whatever you want to call them, must be your first priority. Keep in mind that they can recognize false sincerity, so be real and just don't pretend that you care. Explore and get to know what your customer's lifestyle is. Be sure to ask questions and listen hard to the answers. And pay close attention to what they're NOT saying. Observe non-verbal cues such as body language, amongst others. Your potential success will depend on how well you understand your customer.

Relationships Rule: Successful business has always depended on networking. Building relationships with a few important individuals such as mentors and colleagues will repay you many times over. Whether the economy is good or bad; your business will benefit from the support of a strong network of relationships.
