Yes Christmas it seems is just around the BioLeptin Review  corner and if you're like most of us, you may have already put on a few pounds since Thanksgiving. It's an irritating side effect of the season, but there's no reason to be discouraged; you can easily lose those few pounds before Christmas. All you need to do is muster up some serious dedication and follow my tips below.

The first and most important thing you must do is overhaul your diet. This can be hard to do with all of those fruit cakes and Christmas cookies polluting your kitchen, but you've got to exercise some self-control. Avoid all unhealthy food until Christmas. This means you've got to essentially eat salads with low fat, low calorie dressing for the next two weeks.

Next you've got to cut out the booze. The presence of alcohol is always much stronger around the holidays, possibly as a result of stress, but you've got to abstain. Alcohol not only contains an inordinate amount calories, it also makes you bloated; avoid it at all costs.

Once you've rehabilitated your diet, its time to focus on your physical activity. It's easy to forget or avoid exercising once the weather starts to get cooler, but this will have a negative impact on your waistline, so it's time to hit up that treadmill once again. If you really want to drop those excess pounds in the next couple of weeks, you've really got to work your butt off. Make an effort to work out everyday for at least 45 minutes of cardio.
